Our team consists of highly motivated individuals dedicated to delivering outstanding Quality, Service and Value
 in each and every tour planned. Each member of the team possesses a strong desire to maintain the highest
industry standards while creating an atmosphere of professionalism and courtesy to each valued client. With
nearly 75 years experience in customizing group tours, SignaTours "leads" the Richmond and surrounding areas
with expertise and knowledge relating to the travel industry equaled by none!

MOTORCOACHS . . .
SignaTours has teamed with the Martz Group of Virginia, to bring our clients the best equipment available. In
making this very important decision, SignaTours looked to safety and comfort, two very important and essential
ingredients of Modern motorcoach travel. Motorcoaches of today are one of the safest methods of travel
available, and are now more comfortable than ever. Modern motorcoaches are equipped with air conditioning,
large tinted windows for easy viewing, reclining seats, rest rooms, VCR's, and most have galleys for storing
food and drinks. We use only the best equipment available in the industry and the Martz Group of Virginia meets
this most important criteria.

ABOUT OUR TOURS . . .
Our tours are planned around the "needs" of each group, and we do not simply sell the same package to each
group. Every group has a unique personality, therefore every tour should be arranged or suited to meet the
personality. This is what SignaTours does best!

FOCUS . . .
Our focus has always been on "Group Travel," and Group Travel is Our Specialty. We are your one stop travel
shop! Whether it's a cruise, motorcoach, train, or plane, SignaTours does it all.... From a day trip in the mountains,
to a five night cruise aboard a mighty cruise ship, we are here for you. When you book your tour with us, you can
rest assured that you will receive a quality tour with excellent service and great prices.

DRIVERS . . .
Our drivers are highly trained professionals that are individually selected by our staff. They are friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful to all who travel, whether a novice or experienced traveler. Duties include financial matters,
scheduling, knowledge on areas of the tour, cleanliness of the coach, the loading/unloading of passengers/baggage, and emergency procedures as well. Again, the Martz Group of Virginia meets our high standards and guidelines with professional and experienced motorcoach operators, we consider the best! There's no comparison when choosing
our drivers over the competition.

HOTELS . . .
We use only those hotels rated by Triple A as three stars or better. Selection of the hotel is based on the needs
of each client and what they prefer. We have an excellent working relationship with every hotel property we use,
providing the added security of knowing that our guests will be staying in a clean, modern, convenient, and safe
environment run by industry professionals.

DETAILS . . .
Arrangements for all hotels, restaurants, attractions, etc. are taken care of by our staff. We make all the
reservations and take care of every "Detail", so you can relax and enjoy without the worry. Each itinerary
is professionally customized to allow the maximum benefit of time and convenience to each tour. Final itineraries
are made available along with tour packets for each tour member. Baggage handling tags and personalized
name badges are provided and special requests are also handled with ease.

ADVERTISING . . .
We work with each client on creating flyers or brochures for promotional services, eliminating the need for
 you to do I on your own. We will also arrange presentations or attend your group meetings to help with
delivering the information. This services is provided free of charge.

GROUP SIZE . . .
Did you know that you can have as few as 10 people to form a group? For group travel on the motorcoaches,
all you need is 30. How do I get 30 people together? It's easier than you think, because if you know just 5
people who like to travel, then you have enough for a group! Once you group is formed, you're ready to
experience the many special advantages associated with group travel and being a group leader.

GROUP LEADER BENEFITS . . .
Group Leaders and organizations receive complimentary travel when booking their group with us (minimum
number required and varies with type of tour). We also extend further discounts with larger numbers, and can
arrange to help with fund raising for groups and organizations. Other Group Leader benefits include Discount
Coupons, Travel Seminars and Familiarization (FAM) Tours!

These benefits are extended to representatives of all groups, regardless of affiliation. Our current groups
consist of . . . churches, senior citizen clubs, women's clubs, men's clubs, pars and recreation departments from
around the state, bank clubs, affinity groups and more! SignaTours gives more complimentary tours per coach
than any other tour company in Virginia!
